About Calliurus
Neolamprologus calliurus is a larger, more robust member of the genus than the shell-dwellers, taking up residence among rockwork rather than shells. Territorial as it matures, it does best with its own rocky structure to claim in a moderately spacious tank. Less commonly available than its smaller cousins.
